THE BEACHES are beautful. PALMA RIMA BEACH (above) is one part of a long, long beach. Here youŽll find a nice fish-hut named SOLOMON FISH-HUT. ItŽs a must to try his charcoal-grilled butterfish with chips in foilpaper. Then you have SENEGAMBIA BEACH and BB BEACH. At Bakau end you have CAPE POINT BEACH Just to mention a few. NGALA LODGE is a 1st class restaurant with good reputation, and of course more expensive. BARACUDA REST. is located opposite the petrol station at BB-junction. Reasonable prizes and good food. At SENEGAMBIA youŽll find many restaurants and NIGHT-CLUBS, as it is the main tourist center. They also have a small park between the hotel and the beach, where you see a lot of monkeys. In BAKAU you can see crocdiles at KATCHIKALI CROCODILE POOL. The villaga also has a quite big market. The main market is SEREKUNDA MARKET where you can find most things you need: foodstuff, clothes, nice cloth, textiles, shoes, hand-crafted souvenires and many other things. ALBERT MARKET IN BANJUL, the capital, is even bigger and cheaper. If you want to see wild animals you can take a trip to Brikama and visit MAKASUTU FOREST PARK or ABUKU NATURE RESERVE.
